For a leading Japanese multinational company operating in the healthcare and medical technology sector, with its European headquarters based in Germany and its Italian office located in Vicenza
we are looking for a motivated and internationally minded Junior Product Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing, sales support and customer engagement.
This position is primarily office-based and offers the opportunity to work within a highly innovative, international environment while supporting commercial activities across the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Sales Team in daily commercial activities.
- Managing and strengthening relationships with the existing customer network.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
- Creating and updating promotional materials across digital and traditional communication channels.
- Supporting product launches, marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Organising webinars, customer training sessions and educational events.
- Providing product information and commercial support to customers and distributors.
- Collaborating with the European headquarters in Germany and other international departments.
- Collecting and analysing market information, customer feedback and competitor activities.
- Supporting the organisation of congresses, exhibitions and company events.
- Managing CRM activities and contributing to sales reporting and business analysis.
- Cooperating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and business development.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related fields preferred).
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing, communication and commercial development.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within an international team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and Europe.
What We Offer
- Permanent employment contract.
- Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €30,000 – €35,000, according to experience.
