Since 1980 the Bicego Studio has been recruiting qualified personnel in Italy and abroad, and with their team of professional experts and innovative recruitment tools, they are able to find the most suitable recruits for each client company's specific needs. Recruitment is conducted throughout the country, mainly using internet, publishing the announcement in our website, the main job search engines and in local and national press, when needed, and searching our database. We hold the interviews in our office in Vicenza where we conduct all the screening tests. We then present the client with a "rose of candidates", for whom we provide a six month "guarantee" in the case the contract with the new recruit is broken off for any reason, when we then conduct a further selection without any additional charges for the client. We recruit for all company levels up to the top management, and for all market sectors and company sizes, and also for category associations, institutions and banks. Our knowledge of the area places us among the leaders for personnel recruitment in the provinces in the Veneto Region.
